Geeks operations team is looking for customer service representatives to join our office in Jordan. The successful applicants must be energetic and able to multi-task, problem solve, learn fast, give estimates, provide excellent customer service and be team players.

Support
• Deliver service and support to end-users
• Ensure excellent customer service

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries
• Handle high volumes of incoming calls, outgoing calls and online submissions
• Organize ideas and communicate messages properly
• Ensure schedules are running smoothly without delays
• Schedule requests according to locations and request volume
• Facilitate communication between customers and technicians
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Required Skills
• Proper phone etiquette
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speak, read and write)
• Proficient in typing and grammar
• Knowledge of relevant mobile/computer software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
