Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the https://geeks.ae/ website ("Site") operated by GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC ("GEEKS"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site.

1- SITE USAGE

The Site, owned and operated by GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC, provides information about our IT support services and related content. GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC is a company based in the United Arab Emirates, and these Terms stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

2- PAYMENT TERMS

Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. Geeks may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges based on market requirements. GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) for services provided on the Site. GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC will not trade with or provide any services to individuals or entities listed on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) list or to sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

3 - PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

Once you make a payment for our services on the Geeks website (https://geeks.ae/), you will receive a payment confirmation email. Please retain this email as proof of payment. In case you do not receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours of making the payment, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or 04-6086888. We will investigate the issue and provide you with the necessary assistance.

4 - USER ELIGIBILITY

Users of the Site must be of legal age and have the capacity to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Customers who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website or transact on or use the website.

5 - DATA SECURITY 

GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC takes the security and confidentiality of user information seriously. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and should not disclose their login credentials to any third party.

6 - TRANSACTION RECORDS

Cardholders are advised to retain copies of transaction records and to review the merchant policies and rules regarding refunds, chargebacks, and other related matters.

7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on the Site without prior written consent from GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC.

8 -DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information or content provided on the Site. Users acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at their own risk. GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or any information contained therein.

9 -MODIFICATION OF TERMS

GEEKS TECHNOLOGY DMCC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Site after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

10 – CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BACKUP DATA

Customer agrees that prior to Geeks servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back-up the data, software, information, or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, phone and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film, or other media from Customer’s product. Customer agrees that whether Customer requests back-up services from Geeks and/or its third-party service provider, neither Geeks nor its third-party service provider shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.

11 – DEVICE STORAGE

If a customer does not claim his/her device within 60 days of being contacted by Geeks with an evaluation or after the device has been fixed and the customer has been informed of the same, Geeks reserves the right to dispose of the device without being held liable or responsible. Geeks will make attempts to contact the customer via call, SMS or email. If repeated attempts to do so, have been unsuccessful Geeks will discard the device. By using our service and therefore accepting these terms, the customer forfeits his right to claim the device and/or damages after the stipulated 60-day notice period.

12 – LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE

Geeks shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its control. Geeks and/or its third party service providers reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer’s payment, wholly or in part, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements of the Customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of these Service Terms, as determined by Geeks.

13 - INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geeks (and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any and all losses, costs, obligations, liabilities, damages, actions, suits, causes of action, claims, demands, liens, encumbrances, security interests, settlements, judgments, and other expenses, (including but not limited to cost of defense, settlement, and reasonable attorneys’ fees) of whatever type or nature, including, but not limited to, damage or destruction to property, injury (including death) to any person or persons, which are asserted against, incurred, imposed upon or suffered by Geeks by reason of, or arising from: (a) Customer’s breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer’s actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property or contract right of any other person; (c) Customer’s actual or alleged failure to promptly pay sums due Geeks or third parties; (d) Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations or ordinances; or (e) the acts or omissions of Customer (or its officers, directors, employees or agents).

14 - WARRANTY

All Geeks services fall under 4 different categories (A, B, C, D). Category A protects the part for 2 years, category B protects it for 6 months, category C protects it for 3 months and category D is manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that were paid for by the customer.
After Geeks repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against:
  • Mishandling that causes the part to bend, twist, or crack.
  • Water damage
  • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
  • Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs.
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • New damages unrelated to the original repair
  • Any loss of data occurring because of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt
Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:
  • The existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair.
  • Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair.
  • Jailbroken devices
  • Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make repair impossible.


  • 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT CUSTOMER’S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. GEEKS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GEEKS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; NOR DOES GEEKS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT CUSTOMER’S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT CUSTOMER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER’S COMPUTER/SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY CUSTOMER FROM GEEKS OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO EACH CUSTOMER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER TO BACK-UP ALL DATA ON COMPUTERS AND OTHER DEVICES; GEEKS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOSS OF ANY CUSTOMER DATA. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. GEEKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF CUSTOMER’S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF GEEKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPtLY TO EACH CUSTOMER. It is Customer’s responsibility to back-up the software and data that is stored on Customer’s computers, hard disk drive(s), and/or on any other storage devices Customer may have, and Geeks shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files. Geeks shall not be liable in any way for damages arising from any part, equipment, peripheral, software or other product supplied to Customer by Geeks. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary, Geeks’s maximum liability to Customer arising from or related to Geeks under this Agreement shall be limited to the sums paid by Customer to Geeks under this Agreement during the three months prior to the time the cause of action arose.

    16 - TERMINATION
    Either Customer or Geeks may immediately terminate the Service upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of the Service, the Customer’s right to use the service immediately ceases. Customer shall have no rights and Geeks will have no obligations regarding the service thereafter. The Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Customer and Geeks agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai. Customer and Geeks agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

    18 -REFUND POLICY
    • We strive to provide high-quality IT support services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the services received, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns.
    • Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a full or partial refund, credit toward future services, or alternative solutions based on the nature of the issue.
    • Refunds are typically issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.
    19 -CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you wish to cancel your service request, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be processed according to the following guidelines:
    • If the service has not yet been initiated or scheduled, we will cancel the request and provide a full refund.
    • If the service has already been initiated or scheduled, we may charge a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed and any associated costs incurred. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you during the cancellation process.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide you with alternative options or a refund, as appropriate.

For services purchased through third-party platforms or resellers, please refer to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
